New raw materials on their way

We are delighted to have been given the opportunity to pitch in front of P&G Fabric and Home Care and more than 80 of their top suppliers at the company’s Sustainability and Equality & Inclusion Supplier Summit hosted at P&G’s Innovation Centre in Brussels.

We will introduce our grass fibre and grasspaper packaging technology, which aims to make paper more sustainable! The processing of the grass fibres requires significantly less energy.

Grasspaper saves trees and helps to significantly reduce CO2 emissions. It perfectly meets customers demands for green packaging. This fits well with P&G’s approach to sustainable innovation as it is not only rooted in science but also enables superior cleaning with sustainable packaging.

“P&G Fabric and Home Care are on a mission to decarbonize laundry while delighting consumers with irresistible superior product performance. We already have strong partnerships in place, but we don’t have all the answers yet, which is why we are calling on all moonshot thinkers – inventors, innovators, academics, start-ups, big and small companies – to help us innovate. The Supplier Summit in Brussels gives us, and our suppliers, a great opportunity to connect with potential new partners that could help us decarbonize the entire supply chain”, Sundar Raman, Fabric and Home Care CEO.

The event is part of the “Cleaner, Better Together” programme that has been launched by P&G’s Fabric and Home Care division last year and aims to promote joint value creation by driving irresistible and sustainable superiority in partnership with top suppliers.

“creapaper is thrilled to have been selected to present our approach to make paper more sustainable. With grasspaper, we significantly reduce the carbon footprint of packaging and paper products.”, Thomas Eicher, creapaper’s Managing Director.
