These details will not be passed to third parties without your express consent. If a contractual relationship is established between us, designed or modified in content or you send us a request, we shall collect and use your personal data insofar as is necessary for these purposes (stock data). Newsletter
Our newsletter is offered as an additional service. We use the service provider MailChimp to send our newsletter. MailChimp is a service of the Rocket Science Group, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 (‘Rocket’).
On 11 January 2017, Rocket signed the ‘Privacy Shield’ self-certification program, which describes the EU-US Privacy Shield and Swiss-US Privacy Shield self-certification program operated by the US Department of Commerce and approved by the European Commission in accordance with implementation decision C 4176 of 12 July 2016. This is a privacy agreement between the European Union and the United States of America.
The data stored during newsletter registration will be transmitted to and stored by Rocket. The data entered during registration will not be transferred to other third parties. After registering, MailChimp will send you an e-mail to confirm your registration. MailChimp also offers various analysis options on how newsletters are opened and used, e.g. the number of users an e-mail was sent to, whether e-mails were rejected and whether users unsubscribed from the list after receiving an e-mail. However, these analyses are only group-related and are not used for individual evaluation. MailChimp also uses the Google Analytics tool from Google LLC and may embed it in newsletters.
For more information about Google Analytics, please see Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de
For further information on data privacy at MailChimp, please see: http://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/
You may revoke your consent to the storage of your data, as well as its use for sending the newsletter, at any time. You can exercise your right to revocation at any time via e-mail to info@creapaper.de or by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe to newsletter’ link included in every newsletter.
